Hi there! My name is Nicole, and I’m the office manager at Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry. I’m passionate about being a patient advocate.
I take great pride in making sure our office runs smoothly and efficiently, with patient care being of the utmost importance. I’m always happy to answer your questions regarding your account and/or insurance benefits.
I find it rewarding to calm fears, answer questions and help make treatment possible. There’s nothing like that satisfied look on a patient’s face when they’ve navigated the sometimes confusing world of insurance/financing and the unknown of treatment, to come out the other end with an even bigger, better smile!
It’s important to me to make sure our patients are able to receive the excellent quality dentistry they need and deserve.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my two grandsons. I also love being outdoors, caring for my chickens and traveling.
Carrie House RDH (Dental Hygienist)
Hi, my name is Carrie and I’m one of the hygienists at Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry. I graduated from Ferris State University in 2001, I’ve been a hygienist for over 20 years and I love every minute of it!
I started working for Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry in 2013. I enjoy the quality time spent educating my patients about their oral hygiene needs, and my favorite part of my job is developing a long lasting relationship with my patients.
The ability to help y patients achieve maximum oral health, excellent results, and their positive feedback gives me great pride in my work.
I am blessed with the opportunity to work with an awesome dentist and fantastic coworkers here at Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry, it has been a very rewarding experience.
I spend my time off with my husband and three children (19, 17, and 15 year old). If I’m not at the office you can find me traveling all over the state taking my children to their travel sporting events.
Mary Rees RDH (Dental Hygienist)
Hello, my name is Mary! I’ve been a hygienist for over 19 years and have been practicing with Dr. Jenicke since April 2012. I enjoy educating our patients by explaining dental conditions and dental procedures.
Taking that little extra time to educate our patients really helps them gain a better understanding of the overall health of their mouths.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, singing with my church band, gardening, cooking, baking, and traveling. I also love having such great co-workers and an amazing boss! I can truly say I love my job!
